I spoke with Penny Cooper this morning at 7:52 CST and the team made it safely to the airport and on the first flight. They are all currently searching Houston’s airport for coffee as they await the departure of their flight to Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Dr. Clements will be at the airport to greet them (along with Gloria Wheeler, Heifer International-CA) and the team will immediately drive out of the capitol city to Villa Gracia, a Heifer International retreat in the mountains.
